1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Astro Saarthi (operated by Happy Life Healing Academy, Proprietor Nilay Patel) and the astrologers/consultants (“Astrologer”) who register and provide services through our website and mobile application.

By registering as an astrologer on Astro Saarthi, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To join as an astrologer, you must:

1. Be at least 18 years of age
2. Provide valid identity proof (if required)
3. Submit accurate personal and professional information
4. Possess relevant knowledge or experience in astrology, numerology, tarot, or spiritual guidance

Astro Saarthi reserves the right to approve or reject any astrologer application without explanation.

3. Nature of Relationship

• Astrologers are independent service providers.
• Nothing in this agreement creates an employer-employee relationship.
• Astrologers are responsible for their own taxes, liabilities, and professional conduct.

4. Commission & Payment Terms

1. Astro Saarthi shall charge a platform commission on each consultation.
2. Commission percentage may be decided and updated by management.
3. Payments to astrologers shall be processed as per the agreed payout cycle (weekly/monthly).
4. Minimum payout threshold may apply.

Astro Saarthi reserves the right to modify commission structures with prior notice.

5. Code of Conduct

Astrologers agree:

• To maintain professional and respectful behavior with clients
• Not to use abusive, inappropriate, or misleading language
• Not to make false promises or guaranteed claims
• Not to provide medical, legal, or illegal advice
• Not to engage in discrimination or harassment

Violation may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal.

6. Client Data & Confidentiality

1. Astrologers must keep all client information strictly confidential.
2. Client contact details must not be stored or misused.
3. Direct solicitation of clients outside the platform is strictly prohibited.

Any misuse of client data may lead to legal action.

7. Prohibited Activities

Astrologers shall not:

1. Share personal phone numbers or external payment links
2. Divert platform clients to private consultations
3. Record sessions without consent
4. Upload offensive or copyrighted material
5. Manipulate ratings or reviews

8. Performance Monitoring

Astro Saarthi may monitor:

1. Ratings and reviews
2. Response time
3. Consultation quality
4. Customer complaints

Low performance or repeated complaints may result in temporary or permanent suspension.

9. Intellectual Property

1. All branding, logos, website content, and software belong to Happy Life Healing Academy.
2. Astrologers may not use the Astro Saarthi brand name for personal promotion without written permission.

10. Suspension & Termination

Astro Saarthi reserves the right to:

• Suspend astrologer accounts
• Withhold payouts in case of policy violations
• Terminate partnership without prior notice in serious misconduct cases

11. Limitation of Liability

Astrologers are solely responsible for:

1. Advice provided during consultations
2. Statements made to clients
3. Compliance with local laws

Astro Saarthi shall not be liable for individual astrologer conduct.

12. Legal Jurisdiction

1. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
2. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.

13. Amendments

Astro Saarthi reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of revised Terms.
