1. Introduction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled when you purchase services, reports, consultations, or products from Astro Saarthi (“we”, “our”, “us”), owned and operated by Happy Life Healing Academy, Proprietor Niilay Patel.

By using our services, you agree to this policy.

2. Applicability

This policy applies to all paid services offered on the Astro Saarthi website and mobile application, including but not limited to:

1. Astrology consultations
2. Numerology & horoscope reports
3. Tarot readings
4. Personalized digital reports
5. Appointment bookings

3. No Refund for Digital Services

Due to the personalized nature of digital spiritual services:

1. All payments are generally non-refundable once processed.
2. This includes services such as consultations, reports, remedies, or guidance content that is produced or delivered after purchase.

Once a service is assigned, delivered, or generated, refunds are not allowed except under exceptional circumstances explained below.

4. Cancellation of Consultations

You may cancel a booked consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

If a cancellation request is received within this timeframe:

1. The session may be rescheduled or
2. A credit may be issued for future use (at our discretion)

If cancellation is not made at least 24 hours before the session, no refund or credit will be provided.

5. Exceptional Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered in the following rare situations:

1. Duplicate payments made due to technical or processing errors.
2. Service not delivered due to our system error or failure.
3. Technical failure preventing access to the purchased service, after reporting and confirmation by our support team.

All requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the transaction with proof of payment.

If approved, a refund will be processed via the original mode of payment within 7–15 business days.

6. How to Request Refund or Cancellation

To request a refund or cancel a service:

2. Order ID
3. Date of purchase
4. Reason for cancellation or refund request

7. No Refund for Incorrect Data

Refunds will NOT be issued for services delivered based on incorrect or incomplete information provided by the user.

Please ensure that all personal details (DOB, birth time, birth place, etc.) are entered correctly before purchasing.

8. Modifications or Termination of Services

Astro Saarthi reserves the right to:

1. Modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time
2. Cancel a service in case of unforeseen errors

If we cancel a service before delivery, you will be eligible for a refund.

9. No Warranty or Guaranteed Results

Astrology, numerology, tarot, and spiritual services are interpretive in nature and do not guarantee specific outcomes. Refund decisions will not be based on dissatisfaction with predictions or results.

10. Governing Law

1. This policy is governed by the laws of India.
2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.

11. Updates to Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time without prior notice.

Updated policy versions will be posted on the website with the effective date.
